If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• Returned in original packaging

Due to the nature of cut fabrics, custom-cut fabric orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
